Welcome to Hearts and Hands Saigon. By accessing or using our website, services, or participating in any of our donation or outreach activities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Misuse the site or its content.

  • Attempt to interfere with our operations or technical infrastructure.

  • Submit false information or impersonate others.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.

Donations

  • Material Donations: These include items such as clothes, books, toys, furniture, kitchenware, etc. To stay systemised, once items are donated to us we do not support return or change of mind, however if the situation is important we will do our best to support you.

  • Monetary Donations: All funds are used to support Hearts and Hands’ mission. A small portion (15–20%) will be allocated to essential operational costs (e.g., website maintenance, storage, transportation, event logistics). The remainder is used strictly for charitable purposes.

Hearts and Hands Store

  • Our online and pop-up stores help fund our mission:

  • All items we list on the store must and have been given consent to sell by the donor if the item was donated.

  • All proceeds go toward supporting outreach, purchasing essential supplies, and running programs.

  • We aim to price items fairly, making them accessible to all while raising meaningful funds.

  • All sales are final, we cannot support a return policy since proceeds go to charity.

  • If you believe you purchased an item in error or have concerns, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Liability

We do our best to ensure safety and accuracy in all our services, but cannot be held liable for:

  • Website errors or downtime

  • Issues with donated items

  • Delays or changes to events

  • Any indirect damages related to using our site or services
